Never once did I say the statistics weren't skewed or attempt to argue the circumstances behind those statistics. All I stated was that those statistics are the facts and joost did nothing wrong by stating them. You then proceeded to attack me with arguments unrelated to my post. So yes, I do know what a strawman arguement is. And that was it.

People seem to... forget that, somehow. However, black criminals get harsher sentences, and less black man go to college than black females because of getting caught in gangs due to the poverty trap prevalent in some areas. I didn't change the direction of the argument away from the main point at all, actually. Disagreeing with you and telling you why you're wrong is not a strawman, it is debate. Oh, nor did I say he did anything wrong.
