The title is so deceiving. 74 years seems like a fair sentence for this disgusting crime, but the years are actually spread between the criminals, which makes it a terrible sentence.

There are exceptions to being a minor and receiving the punishment of an adult. They should receive punishment to the fullest extent of the law.
