23 degrees F and 25cm of snow?! Dear lord! Anything but that! That is a standard winter here in the ice frozen arctic tundra of Ohio. ;)
I'm sorry to hear that dude :( RIP
We'll probably have to eat the dog, but we'll survive. I'm glad I have this Saturday off work, because the supermarkets are going to full of idiots seemingly preparing for a nuclear winter.

can't wait for the snow... good time to break out the Pink Floyd Meddle album. :)
Scotland is surprisingly alright.
There's a 'level 3 cold weather alert' out as well, which basically means all the elderly and people in hospital are going to die. If it reaches level 4 the UK actually ceases to exist as a country.
Right on the edge of the yellow though the forecast says heavy snow between 03:00 and 12:00, I can dream right?
There is an incredibly fine layer (about half a cm) of snow where I live. Everything has crawled to a halt and the streets near me are full of bemused old people who feel the need to go outside and inspect how snowy it is.
It snowed a bit in London and a tiny bit settled today. Hopefully it snows during the night.
snow wait a week please, I've got an exam on monday.
Snow tires? Decent coat? Nothing to worry about, carry on normally.
Snow tires? Decent coat? Nothing to worry about, carry on normally.
I don't know anyone who has a set of snow tires. Quite a few with coats though.
Snow tires? Decent coat? Nothing to worry about, carry on normally.
Nobody uses snow tyres in the UK, unless they live in like the highlands. Anyone who does use snow tyres needs to cease using them right now, even with a foot of snow they destroy the fucking road. Just last week they repaired the damage caused by someone with with snow tyres in 2011 when we had 1ft of snow.
Looks like i'm in the Amber Zone; not that I've anything to worry about until Monday, though I'm visiting my sister tomorrow so hopefully any potential snow won't hamper my journey.
Anyone else sitting the Physics AS exam tomorrow? :D
Swansea University has postponed the exams that were supposed to take place on Friday because of the snow. I don't really think we'll get that much though. As cold as it is, it's been a bit rainy so it probably won't settle.
Fuck im at uni in the middle of south Wales. Proper rural too RIP in peace me
Anyone else sitting the Physics AS exam tomorrow? :D
Statistics 1 AS Exam, fucking snow I can't afford to miss this.
the snow is at my window at my door there is no escape no time to run now no hope no sa
God speed, I'm next to the red zone but luckily it hasn't invaded yet.
Come on Lincoln, you magnificant bastards, close your schools...
The Welsh clearly know their priorities, buy as much bread as possible:
