Florida Senate tries again to ban bestiality (It isn't banned already?!)

It's legal here in Sweden, as long as the animal isn't hurt.
Since I am very fatigued and have difficulty concentrating I will keep my post and opinions very short and blunt.
I generally believe in the terminology of zoophilia being the fact that both partners are fully matured, are both consenting to the act, and that no possible physical or mental harm between them can occur.
While it might not seem very noticeable, I believe that there is a clear difference between bestiality and zoophilia.
A zoophilia intimacy act can be based upon all 3 simple guide lines as mentioned earlier.
Bestiality, in this case, is sexual intercourse with the intent of going against an animals consent and/or will; which is something I am highly against.
I remember reading somewhere that Beastiality is legal in Texas but Gay Beastiality isn't. I'm probably wrong though.
Damn it now I can't blow horses.
Hurry and fuck some gators while it's still legal.

What the fuck is happening to my country?
It probably won't take long before paedophilia gets legalized, aswell.
"Aslong as the child isn't hurt" .

Animals aren't children dear
Unless they are babbys
On topic: It's retarded that this isn't already a law.
Off topic dick waving at CharadesV2
It's a very thin line and disgusting.
Thin line? Let me draw the line so you can appreciate it's not thinness.

That's one thick ass line.
I'm gonna say this.
99.9% of furries are trying desperately to distance themselves from "that guy in the news."
You know, the one who had sex with his dog in a parking lot?
The other 0.1% are the guy in the news. The ones giving the bad name and rep out.

No, but they're pretty much equal in terms of insanity.

Except children are human beings who will grow up into culturally conditioned adults who will probably be horrified and embarrassed at what was done to them
Whereas animals are just animals. We generally have no problem with locking them in cages their entire lives and killing them, and they probably don't even understand the concept of rape because sanctity of the body is a human idea
It's also not illegal in brazil either
whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa WHOA
[editline]02:39PM[/editline]
Shit
That's it, i give up all my hope in my country
How can this even be legal when animals can't give consent?
It's rape no matter what.
Dolphins can consent.

Good point, I guess.
But, still... :geno:

TH89 should rule the world.
Yeah, it's pretty grody
I just don't think that's a good enough reason to ban it.

The way I see it, furries come out and tell everyone that they're furries because they want attention. Almost every furry I've known has told me (and just about everyone else) that they are a furry, often without provocation. Then, when they get negative attention due to the connotations involved, they cry foul.
In this, I've surmised that a good chunk of furries want to be openly furry, have people realize that there is such a thing as a sexually conservative furry, and have people accept them and their furriness for what it is.
But that's too idealist. The truth is, most people who've heard of furry have heard of the worst parts of the fandom/fetish/whatever, and are thus convinced to think of furry as a bad thing. And, unfortunately for furries, majority opinion is hard to change, even in the face of convincing counter-evidence.
However, I refuse to sympathize with their dilemma, since 99% of the time, they bring it upon themselves by announcing their furry status.
Getting back to the point, bestiality is not furry and vice versa. I knew that already, but I kicked an IM to my friend Kayla, my one and only furry friend (and the only furry I know personally who hasn't been an attention-whore about it). She explained to me, in short, that furry characters are pretty much humans that just look different. Euphemism ahoy: "The human element is still very important to most furries concerning sexuality. Most furries including myself find actual animals unattractive for the same reasons most non-furries do." That's how she explained why she likes furry boys but doesn't want to screw a puppy. Go figure.

We generally have a massive problem with domestic animals being abused.
As long as the animal isn't forced into sex, it's alright. The abuse of dogs with their penises bent 180° backwards and then abused as a dildo while the dog is in pain should be banned.

:downs:
Why not just ban it outright instead of trying to twist everything?
Damned liberals trying to take away my freedom to rape an animal

It's a gate way fetish. Once you get into animal rape soon you'll be into auto-erotic asphyxiation.
Remember kids, stay in school.

Same thing with teenage girls claiming to be lesbian.
Most gay people aren't all "HEY IM GAY DID YOU KNOW THAT?!"
Most gay people are all
not gay guy "DUDE CHECK OUT THAT CHICKS ASS"
gay guy "I'm gay"
not gay guy "Oh ok"
You don't see me going around screaming I LOOOOVE TITTIES MM MM MM DO I LOOOOVE THEM.
Not to mention, dogs are pretty willing oftentimes to lick your genitals. Male dogs can be eager to mount human beings. So... Consent? In that case, yeah.

One of my previous girlfriends often got licked out by her dog (Here in the UK it is illegal).
I didn't really give a shit.
Ban it.!

It's abuse, even if the animal isn't hurt. I doubt you'd be to happy is someone just started ramming their dick into you.
All people who perform it are sick disgusting people who don't deserve life.
By the way I'm not just saying it because of the act they perform, but the mind set these disgusting people have.
In general, doing something of a different species is kinda wrong. I don't know how people get into bestiality, but it seems to be the kind of thing that may point to some psychological problems. The human reproductive system is wired to respond to certain things, such as hormones and titties. Tails tend to be a turnoff for the normal guy. I'm surprised Florida didn't already ban this though. As somebody else pointed out, the fact that the law was defeated the first time has to be saying something. Guess politicians make up 99% of zoophiles.
While I think bestiality should be illegal since animals can't consent to sex acts with humans, a prison term is overkill. Prohibit the person from owning an animal on the first offence, and probation/fines for repeat offences.
