Is Krokodil gonna be big in the US despite codeine not being legal for over the counter sale? I thought that's why it was so easy to make in Russia, since codeine is OTC there.

In the US I think codine is prescription based, which is why I think it will take very much longer for it to spread. And even then, I think there will be easier to obtain opiates than d-morphine anyway.
