With regards to the article, I can sort of understand the viewpoint from the "Terrorist Rebels", the people who perished won't be using or ever need those cards again. Its likely the banks will "eat" the debt of those cards and in the mean time, until stories like this one break, they can be used to buy goods that are otherwise expensive in such a war-conflict ridden area.

Not to say it is right in any way, but just that I believe I can see through their eyes why they would do it. But seeing as they are responsible, it is pretty low. Looting the corpses of your fuck up and abusing their items.

Now all that being said, the Article/Story seems heavily jaded somehow. pressing a little bit on the drama factor. Which i'm starting to find shameful in today's media. Just tell it how it is. Don't play bias.
