I don't get why people are so surprised by this.
He has been dying of cancer all year, any photo comparisons of him with the ipad 1 and then him with the ipad 2 are like night and day +1, he had a 'secret' surgery and treatment during his leave from Apple "for health reasons" and any recent interviews of him (hint: very little, he is avoiding it for a reason) show him with a horribly week voice and very skinny.

As a Buddhist, he most likely treats equality between people as important, hence why he'd genuinely shy away from signing autographs telling the guy to 'sign it himself' knowing the non-importance of material possessions or idolising of himself.

I don't hate Apple because I love the iPods, iPhones, and iPads, and I really hope Tim can make some changes to improve Apple. A Macbook would be nice for when I travel and stuff, but I don't want to spend like 2K for one.
