Everyone said a similar thing in the thread about russia's high death rates being mainly down to alcohol (particulary vodka) and no one complained...
Not the defend Neknominate or anything, but the beer didn't kill him. He thought he had to "one up" the last person and literally jumped into a river to do it.
It was like 2% social pressure, 98% stupidity on his behalf.
