There [I]are[/I] places where the minorities actually enforce their own law according to the religious rules. Like, it's never really agreed to by the people living there, it's just how it is because someone decided so, and you can't opt out of it.

It's in enviroments like these where shit like child and/or arranged marriage is an every day thing, among many other 'traditional' nonsense.
