Charities aren't demanding that you constantly pay them a fixed amount -- a charity is just that; a nonprofit service. Taking donations is entirely how they are funded. You can pay them one dollar or you can pay them one thousand. There's no fixed rates.
I don't follow your concept at all, and I don't think anyone else here does either.
