So it's just a massive trolling attempt targeting misogynists in general??
Took you a while to figure that out
I was just informed that while the imgur galleries for those subreddits no longer exist, they did nothing to the images themselves. Nice going, reddit.
I was just informed that while the imgur galleries for those subreddits no longer exist, they did nothing to the images themselves. Nice going, reddit.
So someone could logically post that somewhere?
I'd bring it to someone's attention, but I'm a lazy fuck. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] Unless you meant something else, in which case what.
I was just informed that while the imgur galleries for those subreddits no longer exist, they did nothing to the images themselves. Nice going, reddit.
Reddit? I am quite sure imgur is not associated with reddit in any way other that than being most used by redditors
Reddit? I am quite sure imgur is not associated with reddit in any way other that than being most used by redditors
Is it not? Huh.
Reddit? I am quite sure imgur is not associated with reddit in any way other that than being most used by redditors
wasn't it actually created by a redditor?
"/r/malejailbait" How does that even work? Partially unzipped pants?
if you are serious did you know there are more parts that are attractive about men than jus t the dick
wasn't it actually created by a redditor?
Created by a redditor != reddit is responsible for it
Created by a redditor != reddit is responsible for it
never said they were. was just saying that imgur was created by a redditor.
Also, isn't there still a google cache of the offending pages?

there went any notion of me ever going to that website ever again if there was any left after all of this [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] glad i never got into it.
Okay, upon checking lolicon and nudistbeach are gone. I don't browse reddit but, Lolicon is not CP and naked children isn't CP (my mom event owns a picture of me naked).
Was lolicon hit? Not that I actually browse Reddit, I'm just curious as labeling lolicon as CP is stupid.
It's still pornagraphy featuring minors. It'll get you banned on 4chan too.
It's still pornagraphy featuring minors. It'll get you banned on 4chan too.
Uh, loli doesn't get one banned on /b/ last time I checked.
Redditors? More like sexual predditors.
there went any notion of me ever going to that website ever again if there was any left after all of this [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] glad i never got into it.
I bet you never go on FP because the OIFY exists, oh wait!
I bet you never go on FP because the OIFY exists, oh wait!
oify allows child-porn and women beating now?!
I bet you never go on FP because the OIFY exists, oh wait!
This so much Every second person in this thread basically judges the whole website by it's (community created!) component Not saying it's good or anything, I am glad those subreddits were removed
You say "Community Created" like that actually is supposed to make it better. Tip: It doesn't.
oify allows child-porn and women beating now?!
The point I'm trying to make, is that shit holes like FP's OIFY or the women beating and child porn subreddits should not be indicative of the overall quality of the rest of the website.
The point I'm trying to make, is that shit holes like FP's OIFY or the women beating and child porn subreddits should not be indicative of the overall quality of the rest of the website.
You missed his point by a mile.
You say "Community Created" like that actually is supposed to make it better. Tip: It doesn't.
Why Not? For every god awful subreddit like the ones mentioned in this thread there is a couple of actually good ones which are completely maintained by the community It's just that the weird subreddits attract more attention and it seems like they are the majority of the website [editline]13th February 2012[/editline]
You missed his point by a mile.
Not really
Ok, and? That doesn't make the fact any better. Like, not at all.
Ok, and? That doesn't make the fact any better. Like, not at all.
I am not saying it is. I totally agree that all those subreddits were absolutely horrible and should have never been creating I am just saying it's kind of wrong to judge the entire website by it's single bad component
Well, its a single bad component that was community endorsed and condoned by its operators, so I'd say its pretty fair.
It wasn't condoned by anyone else except the people that frequented it, which is a fraction of a percent of the total userbase. They flew under the radar for too long and I'm glad they got cracked down upon.

They flew under the radar for too long and I'm glad they got cracked down upon.
From what I've seen, they weren't flying under the radar at all, the administrators just chose not to do anything about it. And judging by the response from the community, I'd say they do condone its existence and in many ways do endorse it. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] Like, you're trying some serious whitewash, pal.
"flying under the radar" lmao the mod of all of the jailbait subreddits was well-known and was in contact with the admins
