Generalizing all of reddit as pedophiles because there are a vocal few that try to say getting rid of these subreddits is infringing on free speech is pretty stupid. There are literally millions of unique visitors to reddit, judging an entire collection of millions on a few idiots is a little unfair, isn't it? Imagine if all of Facepunch was classified as 12 year old furries because of a few shitty threads in Fast Threads. Same idea. Absolutely it's a good move to shut down all those exploitative subreddits, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the whole website with its thousands of other friendly and useful subreddits should be shut down.
