I believe that it happens, do I believe that we are responsible as Al Gore and others were trying to get us to believe? Hell No. But really, if we are responsible, the only answer is death. Think about it for a moment, why cull other animals in Australia for farting and burping when humans do that stuff and drive cars too? Don't we as a race produce more CO2 than any other species?
No think about it again, the very gas this whole thing is about is a TRACE GAS, and it has little to no effect on this planet on global warming or Climate change. If you're so concerned about Global warming, then go after water vapor! Why go after the grain of sand when the problem is the mountain behind you, if it even is a problem?

Hnnnnnnnnnnnnngggg. I just had an aneurysm.
Go inhale some hydrogen cyanide at 331 ppm (the same concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere) and see how long you live. By your logic quality != quantity and so that "trace gas" of hydrogen cyanide should be harmless. Water vapor cannot be reasonably changed and shouldn't because it is vital for the water cycle. It also varies wildly depending on time of day, the season,and so on. The CO2 in the atmosphere has been proven to have a greenhouse effect and despite its low concentration, it is highly potent.
All reliable scientific data points to CO2 as being a major influence on current warming. Greenhouse gasses keep us alive by keeping the atmosphere warm but the human input of CO2 into the atmosphere is "tipping the scales" so to speak.
If the Tea Party gets any sort of majority in November I am going to rage so hard.

Hydrogen cyanide != Carbon dioxide.
Either way, anthropogenic global warming is a lie. It is a natural cycle.

this is a horribly unscientific analysis of a complicated problem. "Trace Gas" is only a term used to describe an amount of gas relative to other gasses, it doesn't mean that it can't have any effect.

I was pointing out his argument of saying that just because it is in a low concentration, doesn't mean it isn't potent. Learn to understand analogies.
I don't feel like arguing atm, so I'll just let someone else debate you.

stop talking about Al Gore. Al Gore is not the god of climate change. It's a massive scientific field with countless scientist that support the theory; there being far, far more that support the theory than don't. The only reason you keep mentioning Al Gore is that it gives you someone to attack without using actual science (which you clearly don't have any understanding of based on your "it's just a trace gas" analysis)
ugh this is what you call reasonable debate? "The president is an idiot because i don't like him"?
