what? there are no errors in conversion there.. they say "... with the temperature remaining a near-constant 4-5 degrees Celsius (around freezing temperature in Fahrenheit, or 32 degrees)...", meaning that 4-5 degrees is AROUND THE FREEZING TEMPERATURE, which happens to be 32 degrees Fahrenheit. They are just trying to make it abundantly clear (even to those who aren't exactly quick) what the temperature is like.
Just sayin'.
