perhaps because the plural of anecdote is not data and in a country of 35 million people something like this is statistically bound to happen at one point

I don't think that fits the mindset for taking "evasive" actions.

I was surprised they wore different camo pants, so looked it up abit, from what I gathered apparently they are allowed to, but also do it when protesting.
