Women are required in the bed as well as the kitchen
Dont let the womens in the kitchen.
There are knifes in there.
If this happened in a Male-only company the same thing would have happened...

In the summer I work for a male-only (not on purpose) tree-management (trimming, chopping, landscaping) business. It runs smooth as butter.
Because they can't do it.
Exactly. Hardly any women exist who can do a lot of the lifting/welding/pounding etc. required in most construction jobs.

enjoy your unbruised balls while you can.
if bitches work out they can get as strong as dudes can. It takes working out for dudes to get strong, in-case you already haven't realized that.
but i guess a bunch of nerds wouldn't know that though.

Well they have less muscle mass which means they have to work harder to gain the strength of men.
But you're still right however.

a female that works out to gain muscle mass will not gain as much muscle as quickly as a male doing the same without some sort of steroid and/or hormone supplement
Yeah I worked landscaping last year. All but one day it was all guys. When the woman was supervising she a. didn't do jack shit, b. bitched up a storm about anything possible, c. caused untold delays and d. we ended up with a pretty shitty job done. When it was all guys we came with a cooler full of Arnold Palmer and a breakfast pizza and got shit done. There are just some things women are not quite as good at. Obviously there are things women are better than men at, but I get called an asshole for pointing those out. *cough* Cleaning, childcare and motherly stuff */cough*

I'd sooner go to a male if I wanted to get a job done right now and sooner go to a female if I wanted empathy

There are more females in the higher-education system then there are males. I hope you go to a doctor for getting a job done.

Right, and that serves as conclusive evidence.

i've had similar experiences throughout my life
i'm not trying to say women can't do a job i'm just saying men are generally better at most jobs and females aren't directly equal to men because there is differences from birth (link).

So wait, because of hormonal differences, a female is somehow incapable of being a doctor.
What a crock of shit.

That states the difference between men and women, nice job, I couldn't gather that on my own.
However, more women serve in higher-education requiring jobs then men.

since you demand proof from me I'd like proof from you
that aside, most men are probably busy doing things like building the houses people live in and growing the food you eat

So women wouldn't be able to grow food? Build houses? I find that tremendously stupid.

women can grow food and build houses (see this is congruent with what I said in this post), but are they going to? hmmmmmmmmmm nop prob not
as a sense of perspective, rougly 60% of the males I know are not planning to attend college and would rather work with their hands in some way (construction, automechanics, music, etc etc etc), whereas nearly every female I know is planning to attend college

Oh wait? What's this? thisisafag is on another misinformed puberty fueled rage? First off, give us your sources. Second off, did you notice how many professors of higher education are males? That's right. I've never seen a female college professor. Statistics show that males are more employed as higher educators. So before you go off saying that they're in those jobs, consider where their training is from.
Thirdly, you want to know why they're up there? Because they can't handle the blue collar jobs that fuel America, where over 80% of those employed are MEN. This is because men are genetically more capable than women. Men are stronger, more durable, more rigid, and generally better than women. Also, allow me to take you back to a time known as twenty years ago, where most of those employed in higher education jobs were men. Why is this? Women had rights then. They'd had rights for plenty of time. So where were they? Not caring. The reason so many women are in higher education jobs is because of the "I bet you I can do this" mindset. They're trying to prove something that we don't give a fuck about.
Hey, want to know another thing? Men were in charge for most of history. And don't pull any, "Women didn't have rights" bullshit. Anyone could have stood up and done something. Sure, they would have been killed if they acted alone, but then how did they get rights now? Because they became coordinated. Men have been coordinating for years, and only now do women walk in and start to work together. Studies also show that men will work as a team better than most women. Hey wanna know a fun fact? I go to class with women, and most of them don't know jack shit about what they're doing.
Call me sexist, but you just got a smackdown of knowledge.
Don't judge people on their gender, judge them on their capabilties and personality.
Men and women can be better or worse at different things, but this doesn't mean they all are.
Part of the reason you only see men or women in certain roles is due to culture, and not the supposed capabilities of their gender.
thisispain is the only person to have provided evidence.
the rest of you are shitting stereotypes
