Israeli official: Gaza Rocket Accidentally Destroys Own Power Supply
Don't post claims made by an unnamed Israeli official as fact in the title (don't care if its clarified later in the article). If Hamas makes a claim, you don't regurgitate the claim as fact in the headline, you just say "Hamas: says this claim"
Unless you post a palestinian propaganda source with nothing but a quote from a single "eye witness", then you can state it as fact all you want! Right?
examples:

I attempted to look up the veracity of this site, but it doesn't even have a wikipedia page, and I can't find it mentioned anywhere except for citations on anti-Israeli sites/pages. The content of the site makes it very clear where they stand.

Where to start with Ma'an News? It's nothing more than straight up propaganda. Just read the article in question and it will be obvious to any fair minded person... no sources given, no defense allowed form the other side, etc.
This is two of MANY. These articles don't even have named sources IN THE ARTICLE!
Israelis made the borders of Israel, not some Europeans. Yes, the UN had a partition plan, but that went out the window the moment Israel declared independence and had the 1948 war. In that war, Israelis drew out the map of their country with the blood of Jews and Arabs.
Had the 1948 war? You say it like they were an equal part in the cause of the war. The Israelis were fine with the partition created in 1948 and accepted it on all sides... on the other hand the Palestinians and every other Arab group rejected it outright. Those same Arab groups then attacked the new Jewish state. The defensive war that followed led to Israel taking more land.
"Zionist leaders (including the Jewish Agency), accepted the plan, while Palestinian Arab leaders rejected it and all independent Muslim and Arab states voted against it. Almost immediately, sectarian violence erupted and spread, killing hundreds of Arabs, Jews and British over the ensuing months.
The rapid evolution of events precipitated into a Civil War. For four months, under continuous Arab provocation and attack, the Yishuv was usually on the defensive while occasionally retaliating. Arab volunteers of the Arab Liberation Army entered Palestine to fight with the Palestinians" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Palestine#British_Mandate_period)
It's great that mods are checking the titles and sources of news, but it should apply not all sources, not just any thread that doesn't put israel in a bad light.
I'm honestly beginning so suspect there is a deep sentiment of Anti-Semitism between the moderators of this website. They are doing their best to hide it but it's still pretty obvious.

"Anti-Semitism" is really far off, and that's just victimizing Israel all over again. The state of Israel is doing some seriously shitty things, but even if every non-arab would leave the middle east, there still wouldn't be peace there.
Another powerline was hit "/

After rocket fire from Gaza hit a second power line that feeds electricity to Gaza on Tuesday evening, the Israel Electric Corporation instructed its workers to refrain from making repairs until the shooting ceases.
The IEC received orders from National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Minister Silvan Shalom to avoid endangering its employees to fix the downed line while Hamas continues to launch rockets from Gaza, the company said. The damage occurred at about 5 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the IEC.
This is the second out of 10 high-voltage lines provided power to Gaza that the territory's own rockets have damaged in the past few days. The first outage occurred on Sunday night, and also has yet to be repaired due to similar instructions from the government.
Because two out of the 10 lines provided electricity to Gaza are now down, Gazans have lost about 20% of their power supply.
