A large percentage of inhabitants are dirt-poor, and the Saudis do well to cover it up. Relations are also shit with foreign workers. Also, some people are pissed that the Saudis are one of the reasons why the region is so unstable and divided, considering they destroyed the possibility of a new Caliphate, since they just cared about the money.
Also, there is the fact that women don't have the best lifestyle there compared to their neighbors.
