[Rumor] Royalties May Be Reason IW Developers Are Staying At Activision

Move on, COD has gone to it's final step.
I really hope that IW moves somewhere else. They made some really great games, and they deserve a better publisher.
Wasn't it the CEO of activision who said he wanted all of his employees to hate their job and he purposely went out of his way to make it so?
Or was that some other company, I remember reading a FP article on it a bit ago.
Sort of, Kotick said he wanted to take all the fun out of making and playing games.
Dam this is fucked up. I really hate Activision, they are the new EA. Scratch that, EA was never anywhere this evil. I feel sorry for IW's employs not getting the money they earned. I can imagine doing all that work and then getting screwed over by your boss like that.
Activision used to be cool but I'm seeing more and more people saying that they won't buy certain games because it's Activision published. Including me.

Ahh yes that was it.
It's funny how ruthless Activision is, At least EA Respects their employee's even though they make shitty games, they still don't enforce it.
Besides, Since Game Developing is recreational what happens is that the Developers would just pursue other careers, Why? Because, it's something that you have to be driven to do, it's more of a enjoyment that you work for then a necessity or a stepping stone.
While gamers will not buy their games, they will just say "Oh, this game is going to be shit, even the CEO said it." and throw it in the trash, Why? Take EA, if you make shitty games and keep doing so then, well. Everyone's going to see the logo, and just put it back on the shelf.
