Univerisity of Southern California Cancels "Legends of the Games industry" Event because no Women on - Polidicks

Really glad this overly PC culture didn't exist in the medium to smaller sized university i attended here in the UK.

so now all the women who are graduating seniors have lost out on a major opportunity to make connections and advance their careers, thus putting more obstacles in the way of women getting into game development great job guys

I like it when people say "sjw is minority and only happens rarely" and yet this shit keeps happening more and more. Nobody won when they shut down the panel. Why do this? People need to stop their white knighting, it is hurting everyone.

I'd wager that the majority, if not vast majority of American campuses, don't have a strong social justice presence.

If you want to improve the diversity in the games industry, you shouldn't exclude a shitload of students of varying genders to meet and show off their games to the literal most important people in the industry.

so in the end what was the point? these panels are to help the students not demonstrate diversity, if none of the women panelists can attend that doesn't mean they don't exist
