The angst is overwhelming.
I don't think you even know what angst means. You know how much I made doing my last job? 6.25 an hour? Why? Because that was the only job hiring that paid just enough that I could survive off it. I worked 16 hour days for 6.25 an hour. This wage is legal here because the old rich fucks that run the place have kept a law in place that doesn't require agricultural jobs to meet minimum wage law.
I don't think you even know what angst means.
I wouldn't want to promote someone with that kind of attitude either. The fact that you despise your clientele shows how unprepared you are for real responsibility. I've worked with people before and know exactly how they can be (fast food industry), but you would NEVER catch me talking about customers like that. People have bad days, hell, their computer is broken... they are most probably having a very shitty day. Is that an excuse to be rude? Of course not, but they are people, people with just as much importance as you. I would bet money they would say similar things about you. I've worked at minimum wage. Don't think I feel sorry for you. The world doesn't owe you anything. Make yourself worth the money and people will pay you more.
Capitalism: makes people willing to tell people who are fucked over by Capitalism that it was their own fault.
I wouldn't want to promote someone with that kind of attitude either. I get people yelling at me at least a few hours a day because the repair techs are taking more than a few days or sometimes hours to fix something, or because I can't fix it right there that minute, or because they just bought the thing and now are pissed at me because the store sold it and it's somehow my fault it doesn't work, even though I have NOTHING at all to do with store stock functionality in any way. When I was self-employed, my prices were way more reasonable, which kept clients happy. My quality of work was always what was asked or more, and above all, I would get it done ASAP, I would work any time I wasn't in school to get shit done. I can't do anything like that now, I'm stuck as the fucking shock absorbing pad that protects the people that get paid decent wages to do the easy part of this field of work.

Every job has rude people, ignorant people, and complete idiots and the higher you go the bigger the idiots you meet along the way. Other people are never going to change, YOU have to change to accommodate them. Now? Now I'm the fucking worse than Hitler antagonist. My work conditions actually present major psychological issues to many of my co-workers. The other CA I regularly work with actually had to start taking anti-depressants because the job is literally driving him to being suicidal.
So why aren't you self employed still?
Because the market is so terrible for IT techs that I either had to face being homeless or working a job that can give me a guaranteed hourly wage. My clientele base was being stolen because it's easier for a big company to peddle their products and their IT service at the same time than it is for me to peddle my service. You see a big company name and you can trust it, I have to build client's trust, and my clientele base has to increase by word of mouth and good service, buying ads actually doesn't work for small business in this case because no one is going to try something new with their expensive computers that happen to just contain all their personal data. Plus I can't offer factory replacements, or any shit like that, a corporation can because they have manufacturer links.

I've seen this happen multiple times.
Why is it when someone says they're having a bad time at their job conservatives respond by being complete condescending assholes? Actually, show me a successful person who calls anyone at all a fucktard.
Why is it when someone says they're having a bad time at their job conservatives respond by being complete condescending assholes? I've seen this happen multiple times.
Conservatives have a very selfish mentality, and believe if they aren't self-successful, then you're human garbage.
Conservatives have a very selfish mentality, and believe if they aren't self-successful, then you're human garbage.
Phew, at least they don't generalize entire groups through ad hominems.
Phew, at least they don't generalize entire groups through ad hominems.
You mean like this?
All these people who complain about not having money for rent and food and gas prices being too high are a bunch of lazy faggots looking for a handout. If you aren't working to make yourself more successful than why should my tax dollars go to you?

You mean like this?
1) I didn't say that and never would. 2) When was that guy elected the spokesman of all conservatives everywhere? Did you seriously just point to someone else saying something stupid in order to justify you doing the same thing?
Phew, at least they don't generalize entire groups through ad hominems.
[_] True [X] False
All these people who complain about not having money for rent and food and gas prices being too high are a bunch of lazy faggots looking for a handout.

All these articles about taxes just give the self-righteous liberals working crap jobs yet another opportunity to whine about how they aren't treated fairly enough, and it's ridiculous.

[_] True [X] False
Let me quote myself: "1) I didn't say that and never would. 2) When was that guy elected the spokesman of all conservatives everywhere? Did you seriously just point to someone else saying something stupid in order to justify you doing the same thing?"
1) I didn't say that and never would. 2) When was that guy elected the spokesman of all conservatives everywhere? Did you seriously just point to someone else saying something stupid in order to justify you doing the same thing?
So why is what I say about Conservatives any worse than what he says about Liberals?
So why is what I say about Conservatives any worse than what he says about Liberals?
What the hell are you even talking about? I already said his comment was stupid, just like yours was. How about you stop pointing to bad behavior to justify your own. Do I disagree with almost everything liberals believe? Yes. Do I still think most all liberals are good people who are genuinely trying to do what they believe to be the right thing? Yes. It's too bad most liberals I've talked to don't feel the same way about conservatives. Tell me if I'm wrong, but most liberals believe conservatives to genuinely be bad people in a similar way that you have shown that you feel. [editline]3rd September 2013[/editline] Here, I'll ask my question again since no one answered the first time: "Show me a successful person who openly calls their clients 'greedy rich fucktards.' Actually, show me a successful person who calls anyone at all a fucktard."
I'd wager that most higher-ups in corporations daily call everyone below them a lazy fucktard. I'd wager that if Fox wouldn't get the FCC on their ass, all you'd hear from that network is how everyone that isn't a rich conservative is a lazy liberal socialist fucktard.
Capitalism: makes people willing to tell people who are fucked over by Capitalism that it was their own fault.
Oh no, it's not like that at all. It's just that there's a few fucking idiots on the right in this thread.
I know it is only a few people, but I am still shocked that anyone can take the flawed system seriously enough that they would berate a victim of it.
I'd wager that most higher-ups in corporations daily call everyone below them a lazy fucktard. Successful people act successful. They don't complain about being a victim. They take life by the horns and realize that no one owes them anything. The victim mentality is what bothers me more than anything else. You're not a "victim of the system."
Successful people act successful. They don't complain about being a victim.
NO FUCKING SHIT, THEY'RE SUCCESSFUL. That's like saying "Kings in an absolute monarchy don't complain about being disenfranchised and powerless" Do you think all it takes to become rich is the right attitude? You have no idea how the world works.
But no, it's the rich who need to start paying even more money Even though they account for almost all of our tax money as it is
well if they're willing to pay as much they're paying right now they're willing to pay as much as they're paying right now + a bit more
I know it is only a few people, but I am still shocked that anyone can take the flawed system seriously enough that they would berate a victim of it.
Yeah. A lot of people don't understand what capitalism is or how it works or what it entails, including those who support it and especially those who hate it.
