Belgian study shows circumcision removes sensitivity
Honestly glad I'm circumcised. Extra flappy wrinkly skin just...looks creepy.
It looks creepy because you're not used to having it.
Apparently 75% of men in the US are circumcised for non-religious reasons. This means that doctors are making recommendations for it. The Facepunch doctors really gotta get out there and tell the real doctors what they think.

I presume the doctors are making recommendations for it because of the price, not for any medical reasons

are you implying that circumcision for medical reasons actually does anything outside of the third world

They're not getting cut for medical reasons or benefits, it's just because of "My dad got it done and his dad got it done too".
Turtle neck jumper.
I've never known a single guy in the US who isn't circumcised. Every single one I've known either in person or online is cut.
It's a shame because not only is it more sensative to be uncut but IMO it looks hotter. But it seems like women here tend to vastly prefer the look of a cut dick versus one that is uncut - it's practically in our culture of "looking pretty" to have a cut foreskin. You only need to look at every dildo sold and every "mainstream" porn star as proof of this - I've never even heard of a dildo that is depicting an uncut penis.

tbh you cant really see the foreskin with a boner anyway

A dildo is never going to depict an uncut penis because an uncut erect penis looks almost identical to a cut one
edit wow these posts were a photo finish
There are none other than reducing the chance of a yeast infection, or removing an damaged / tight foreskin
There are studies showing that it reduces the risk of either getting HIV or spreading it, I forget which

It would be quite difficult to create a rubber foreskin round a dildo and to mass produce it, I don't think dildos are made for looks though. You can buy 10" bright purple ones, but I doubt that's what women want in a man

AFAIK, they are doing it for aesthetics.
Anyone know why this procedure became so prevalent in the states?
I am not sure if this is a good or a bad thing.
Glad I'm not circumcised.
edit: meant circumcised not uncircumcised i'm a numpty
circumcised men last longer in bed (because it takes longer for the same stimulation) which is better for both the man and the woman
Oh and we don't get nasty yeast infections. Though I doubt that happens often to uncircumcised men
Circumcised men have a reduced chance of contracting AIDS.

Um yeah I'd rather trust a condom over a circumcision for reducing std risks.

That doesn't make any sense and for fuck's sake condoms exist for a reason.
If it makes you less sensitive, then it should make you last longer as well, so it's not all bad.

Condoms don't work quite as well as you would think against STDs.
Automerge. :/

uhm what? If anything it's backwards...
Less sensitivity=More time to reach climax
And the back and forth motion of the foreskin produces A LOT of sensitivity.
Also it technically increases the chances of getting infections, but I mean, any man who has at least one tiny bit of self-appreciation would throughly wash his dick, even those circumcised.

You do realize that this means we last longer in bed and have the same orgasmic feeling, right?

Then perhaps you shouldn't fuck those with STDs.

"Lowered sensitivity"
Not really.
But to each his own, if you got no skin, too bad, if you have, then whatever.
Then perhaps you shouldn't fuck those with STDs.
The way you worded your message, it sounded like you were implying that condoms were some impenetrable force-field against disease.

Better than nothing. If you think "I'm cut I don't need do damn condoms" is the right attitude, you should just fap alone.
Good thing that only third worlds country muslims and jews commit this deformity
Better than nothing. If you think "I'm cut I don't need do damn condoms" is the right attitude, you should just fap alone.
Nobody thinks like that. It's just another layer of protection in case your condom breaks.
Nobody thinks like that. It's just another layer of protection in case your condom breaks.
Except that it's not really protection, how does it even make any sense, if anything, you should have an increased chance of getting an STD.
Unless, you think the stuff gathers up under the foreskin, which can happen, but should not happen, given that you're not a hideous fuck who only take a shower every 2 weeks.
Anyone know why this procedure became so prevalent in the states?
Because it supposedly made boys stop masturbating.
Because it supposedly made boys stop masturbating.
So it's a failure of a failure.
