Remember how The Simpsons was going to kill someone off? That happened

The Rabbi was only in 11 episodes out of 500+ episodes so I don't get why they would hype this up so much about a 'key' character getting killed off other than to bait viewers into watching just to see who it is.
That episode was just "eh".
More like The Simpsons nowadays are just "eh".
I'm pretty sure troy mcclure is dead because his VA has been dead for a long time.
edit: same with lionel hutz, I really liked that character too. I didn't even realize he hadn't shown up in ever either.
Lionel Hutz was the best tertiary character. He had the same "dodgy professional" thing going like Dr Nick except was actually funny.
I started watching this episode on projectfreetv thinking it was the family guy Simpsons crossover, then turned it off half way after finding out that crossover was actually on family guy.
GodDAMN
this episode was boring. Like shit, not a single chuckle worthy gag. Nothing. I can't even understand how this show is making money anymore. It's so brainlessly dull.
I only saw this guy like never, who the fuck is this :v:
Krusty's dad is a distinguished Rabbi in the community. He didn't like his son being a Jewish Clown and disowned him, however after the years go by he understands his life choice and bonds back with Krusty.
Fuck I watched too many Simpsons.
