not yet, though it's on its way. in no way would a portrayal of hitler in the same style as Team Americas Kim Jong Il go unpunished by the world. a lot of sensitivity is still centered about this man and his charms. i've seen scores of Nazi zombies, Sci-Fi Nazis and such, but only ONE full-on ridiculous parody popular Hitler and that was the Wolfenstein Hitler.

Oliver Hirschbiegel (director of Downfall) was on British radio yesterday, he said he thought some of the parodies were very funny and he seemed quite laid back over this happening to his work. It's the distributors of the film that are making a fuss over copyright. Oliver Hirschbiegel said this is just what happens, and that he thought it was good to deal with situations by laughing at them.
