South Park did it, it is now popular.

Seriously? It's a big joke and even sometimes used as an argument against medicinal marijuana.
Police issued Voden a ticket for smoking marijuana in public, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possessing marijuana with medical permission is a crime? I can see the US government really thought this case through!
I'm pretty sure there are rules that you can't smoke medical marijuana in public. If there are, it's her own fault.

Yeah, that is the law and she broke it. It's a dumb law though.

Even if there is its still a pretty stupid rule.
Stupid or not, laws are laws.

No, not true. I will never follow a law that is immoral in my opinion, and I have no respect for anyone who follows a law simply because it is a law.

I don't see how not wanting to follow a law because it is immoral makes it any less of a law. Laws are not there to fit to your opinions nor are your opinions of laws more correct over anyone else.
Not giving respect someone because they don't fit your opinions is sad. You sir are a bigot.
If I'm not allowed to drink in public you're not allowed to smoke in public. So there.

Not drinking in public is different than smoking a medically prescribed substance in a parked car.
