your functional core strength and 200 pounds of rock hard lean muscle mass is enough to deter attackers
but no cardio doesn't actually hurt muscle growth as long as your diet is good

Just do sprints, fuck long distance running, sprinting is much better than running 5+ miles 5-6 days a week. Higher metabolism, less cortisol buildup, more fat loss(assuming your diet isn't outright shit) and just better overall.

You gotta lift heavy shit. Get a job at a warehouse, or in the oil field, refuse to use proper "safety" technique and equipment. Instead, substitute it with pure, raw muscle to force large heavy objects into the air. Tell gravity to fuck off, it'll listen because it fears you squishing it between your mighty pecs!

I can attest to this. I once fell over on my bike and hurt my knee. I also got bruises back when I was actively training jujutsu with my friends.
And did you know that your pulse is dangerously high when you exercise? That much strain can't be good for your heart!
All that I just said are very good reasons to lie on your ass all day and die from heart-failure at a young age.
Exercise is bad for you, but not as bad as not exercising.

The reason is an increase in stroke volume when a person has a well-conditioned heart. More blood is pumped at a typically lower rate.

Im running/sprinting 30 minutes a day and i dont need more.
