Jesus Christ, they're not saying that Trump is a good president, they're saying that when he won the election, the one thing they expected him to possibly do that benefits them is related to gun rights. It is possible to acknowledge that a garbage person might be able to do something beneficial.

Compromise needs to be discussed on both fronts while we work on the other, more multi-dimensional issue of this problem so as not to exacerbate a known existing problem any further.
