I've done something like that (on [del]request[/del] demand…long story) My hand will never be the same (it was like sticking it I'm a bag of torn up dying lizards). Muscles aren't magic kids, and you'll never be able to go to that emergency room again after things go really wrong…
What the fuck?
I'm counting down the days until we become so overly PC that a teenager masturbating in his room becomes classed as rape.
Speaking of stupid permanent record marks: A friend of mine in like 5th grade wrote down a short story from an Encyclopedia Brown novel. The story involved finding out who stabbed a watermelon with a knife. Because my name was written on the piece of paper (just "Josh", by the way), and the story involved a knife, I received a "mark on my permanent record" and detention. Does a school record even mean anything post-schooling? I was homeschooled most my life for stupid shit like this.
My middle school banned any form of physical contact between students including handshakes, high fives, etc.
When I was in kindergarten, I patted a girl in my class on the butt (somehow I thought that was the way to let her know I liked her), and the school wanted to expel me and have the girl's family press charges over sexual assault/battery, possibly ruining my life. Luckily her parents refused to press charges, and I was allowed back at school by the following week. Can't say it didn't scar me though, being shaken by and hollered at by the principle (called a pervert, sicko, et cetera) and told my life would be over, then riding in the back of a police car to my house zip-cuffed to the door handle.

I'm fairly certain asking a family to press charges as a school is against the law.
The hell is with schools having BS zero-tolerance/extreme punishments lately?

Who treats a little kid like this? Hell why were you put in a police car CUFFED? Did the police officer driving didn't stop to think "wait a second, maybe this is a very retarded way to handle this situation"?
I guessall that PDA stuff is lax as you near the city I'm 50 mi from NYC and no one gives a shit
Must go to a school like this.
I don't understand how the teacher was fine with "punched in the testicles".
The hell is with schools having BS zero-tolerance/extreme punishments lately?
The administrations can't think, so they just say fuck it and lump everyone into the same pile. I like to think of it as a zero thought policy, not zero tolerance.
what the fuck am I reading?
Clovis Unified School District's Zero Tolerance Policy. [editline]10th December 2013[/editline]
Can a school even do that? I'm fairly certain asking a family to press charges as a school is against the law.
They advised them to, and told them it was within their rights. They didn't request it, but suggested it as the correct course of action.
Back in the day I had my first kiss during reading time when we got to pick where we sat. Me and the girl I liked sat in the locker area. Now this is deemed as sick, twisted, fucked up behavior. [editline]10th December 2013[/editline] And then PDA started.
I've never gotten busted for PDA or suspended for it. But, lord, did I get a talk about the chain hanging from my wallet to protect my money! Cause, I could've CHOKED someone with it. OMG. Think of my children plz
I've done something like that (on [del]request[/del] demand…long story)
this isn't a long story that needs explaining
My hand will never be the same (it was like sticking it I'm a bag of torn up dying lizards). I ended up saying to her that she was just jealous because no man would ever touch her. I miss highschool.
it was like sticking it I'm a bag of torn up dying lizards.
I feel you man, I hate punching girls in the vagina and suddenly turning into a bag of dying torn up lizards.

Maybe its just because im from a small town but still wtf, this cant be.
It's because schools are deathly afraid of being sued by even bigger morons.
A bit off topic, but I used to fanoodle my then girlfriend in the back stairways of the school. Not a single person cared. Then again, it was highschool and everyone's adults.
I'm counting down the days until we become so overly PC that a teenager masturbating in his room becomes classed as rape.
And suddenly, Facepunch became the largest prison-gang in the world.
So if I hug my 2-year old cousin, I'm a child molester I guess?
[editline]10th December 2013[/editline]
Then again, it was highschool and everyone's adults.
I wouldn't call everyone in high school adults. They're more like slightly more sexually active middle school kids.
I wouldn't call everyone in high school adults. They're more like slightly more sexually active middle school kids.
As one who actually works with teaching kids as their day job, I can fairly safely say that maturity peaks in 5th grade, then drops to below-kindergarden levels somewhere between 6th and 7th, and then slowly recovers again. Early high school kids are, most certainly, kids.
This is all easier to understand if you assume schools are run by robots.
Or retarded people.
When I was 6 years old I would run around punching people in the package, and I would've deserved to be arrested.
What the fuck is wrong with people nowadays? It seems like everything is given a reason to name an offence. Don't get me wrong, PDA in education areas should be punishable, but not to that severity. Hell, in my school, the worst you could get was 3 days of detention.
Must go to a school like this.
I once played some drunken fucked up game of truth or dare which involved me punching some chicks tits only for the milk to shoot out and get in my eyes :(.
