Noticing changes in moles is incredibly important, if it looks abnormal or changes get it checked by your GP.

Actually am making an appointment now since some of these are concerning to me. Spending a lot of time in the sun without protection might have caught up to me.
are they sure it's not because fat people have a larger skin surface area, and thus more moles, and fat people being more prone to skin cancer
I remember reading something like this years ago when I had one removed.

Fat people don't go outside. Source: I'm a chunky monkey.

Does this also apply to just one of the arms or anywhere on the body?
It can occur anywhere on the body get someone to check your back.
So if someone has no moles on their body does that mean they are immortal?
Or immune from illnesses.
one flat mole
haha i knew it was good for me to stay out of the sun an inordinate amount of time
I'm pretty sure you can still get skin cancer even if you spent your entire life avoiding the sun.

They can be anywhere on your body, even under your hairline or fingernails. Give yourself a good once over every month, and keep a record of any that are concerning. Any that change in size or color very quickly (over a matter of weeks) are especially serious and should be checked out as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that even if you have some moles that have one or two of the traits above, it doesn't necessarily mean they're melanomas. The majority are just going to be abnormal moles. No need to panic. Still, it's better to be safe than sorry! Go get them checked out, if only for the peace of mind.
Additionally, if you have a lot of moles, it's especially important to be vigilant about it. Every mole has the potential to develop into a cancerous growth, so more moles equals more rolls on the cancer lottery. If one does prove to be a melanoma, getting rid of it is as simple as a quick shot of local anesthetic and about ten seconds with a little hole-punch. No muss, no fuss.
Just check yourself over once a month, keep track of any suspicious-looking moles, and get an annual checkup and melanomas should never be a serious threat to you.
what are moles made of

When does a freckle cease being a freckle and become a mole
I have a mole on my thigh though the size of a DIME. You should see this fucking thing. I think it might even have Roosevelt's head on it
I think i have skin pigmentation, because i've seen irish like me who have like 400 freckles on their arms, i have like 3 freckles or skin pigments on each, and the pigmentation makes my arms look a bit inconsistent. Yea it ain;t moles, none of them look like gnarly raisins like that picture.
I do have this birth mark on my scrote though, its kind of like how the skin on a horse's dick is changed on certain spots

I knew someone who had one on their inner thigh, it had to also be removed. You might wanna get that checked out if you have healthcare

EDIT: on a side note, I actually have freckles. I'm assuming the above rules don't apply to those?
What the hells the difference between a mole and a freckle? I have too many to keep track.

freckles are just part of your skin that are pigmented, moles are like raised and covered with hair n shit, like if you had a dingleberry on your arm
42 on one arm and 25 on the other
im fucked

im never out in the sun though so im probably not at risk
You should still visit a dermatologist just in case. I used to think that by refraining from sunbathing and not spending lots of time outside I could minimize my risk of contracting melanoma, but lo and behold, when I scheduled a visit last spring I needed to have two malignant moles removed from my back. If you have a high number of moles on my body like I do you should visit a dermatologist at least every other year.

I've got a large one on my forearm that looks like a combination of all the right-hand images and it's definitely larger than a pencil eraser. However it's been there literally my whole life and hasn't changed. Will I died?

I have one like that too and it's also hairy as fuck. I was told by a doctor that it's harmless.
