I wonder what these people are thinking. I mean, they must take it as a sign if they're dumb enough to think sacrificing a goat in the 6th floor of a building means anything.
I guess the goat was on the sixt floor because sometimes in cities there is no backyard and then they use the terrace on the top most floor because it is cleaner than a dusty backyard and they can actually get rid of the blood instead of it seeping into the ground.
