If on average one human is worth 1.5 million, and there are approximately 300 million people in the USA then the value of of the USA for fat(if my calculations are correct) is:
$450,000,000,000,000
now all you have to do is kill 300 million people

they know how to cut you up, not so much how to put you back together again
Why fat?
Honestly?

I am 18 and weigh 97lbs.
But I'm 5'3" and a woman.
Still, I'm like 15 lbs underweight.
Peru mascara is people!
I can't be bothered to calculate the total value of fat for the entire USA but I imagine it's somewhere in the trillions.
Hey we can solve the issue with the economy now!
Peru mascara is people!
huh?
Fat american tourist has 50% body fat and weighs 130kg. Fat has a density of .9kg/L
130kg = 65kg of fat.
65/0.9 = 72.2L.
72.2*$16,000 = $1,155,555.56
One fat guy is worth over a million dollars.
If you're figure of 0.9kg/L is correct, and, the average human male has 8-12% fat in them (I'll take the the average of 10%), then my fat is worth, roughly, about 115200 dollars.

I was just going by his calculations, I know this.

Soylent Green joke methinks.

Western Countries have a lot higher average body fat percentage than 12%. 12% is actually pretty low by America and the UK's standards.
Another thing you guys are forgetting is that a person is worth more than their fat as far as money goes. If you take organs into account a person is worth more.
Um, don't a lot of people pay good money to have this done to them without dying..?
Doesn't seem like a very good business strategy on the part of these gangsters.

It is if they find a buyer. They probably did considering they killed more than one person.
So that's where all my fat went. I was starting to get worried.

You know, there really aren't THAT many significantly fat people. People have overblown how many people are obese or overweight. The average is 8-12% for males, and that figure will be updated every year or however often the average weight figure is changed.
I, actually, probably do have about 10% body-fat or so (maybe less). I've gotten REALLY skinny skinny over the past year or so (wasn't exactly fat before, but I wasn't thin, I was just in the middle somewhere).

Average body fat percentage of males in the U.S.A is 25% IIRC. It is also much higher for females.
And this ruined my breakfast.

Ah, I was on about just 'essential' fat (the stuff you basically NEED to live).
Additional fat takes that number up a lot higher, though. World wide average for all fat for a healthy person is something like between 18 and 25% for males, and 25 and 32% or something for females (the exact figures escape me, but I believe they're roughly it).

I really want to post an advice dog about killing fat people to pay off national debt.
But I won't.

I'm looking into more complicated business strategics, weighing risk of being caught and prosecuted balancing against profits made by killing people and harvesting their fat. It seems like a gamble, really?

That's one of the reasons it's so expensive. You could retire after killing like 2 people if you do it efficiently. Any black market product is a gamble, that's why criminals charge so much for their "services".
