I doubt it will happen, but I kind of want naval battles to return.
The thing about navel battle is, from the teaser the setting looked modern and now a days aren't navel battles more or less shooting cruse missiles at one another?
Any info about the enemies?
All I've seen in the trailer was US equipment and an unidentifiable jet.
Any info about the enemies?

Actually that teaser was fucking horrible, where's the pissing gameplay footage and actual INFO about the game.
I hate teasers who take the "artistic and mysterious" approach, it's so annoying and literally does not pump me as it shows nothing from the game itself.
Oh my god stop crying about no gameplay you're gonna get info soon enough. They don't want to reveal any info straight away they want to get hype up.
I bet if this was a teaser for Modern Warfare 3 you'd be crying about every single tiny detail.
Just because it's battlefield doesn't mean it cant be criticized.
If they have 64 player games on consoles I hope to god it isn't player hosted.

eh, battlefield 2 was like the best online shooter ever made for me, so I'm willing to cut them some slack for a poor trailer.
Alot of info has been released, you just have to know where to look

Hope they balance the drop-shooting and jets.
Sounds good, probably looks good, now make it play good.
The cover did say new engine, we will see.
If there is no mod support, i have no interest in this game.
even if its just frostbite 2.0, maybe they can fix it.
On the official website it says it runs on Frostbite. I doubt it will release with mod tools, they haven't mentioned it yet.
holy fuck holy fuck holy fuck holy fuck i'm thinking that Dice is about to overdo themselves this time !
I got high hopes of this now, they better not ruin it.
I wish they would stop releasing games this Fall, I have nothing to play now but I will have too much to play then.
For a teaser ( What's crap most of the time ) this was actually pretty interesting
They should of went over 64 players imo.
imagine nade spam on 64 players
now imagine nade spam on 128 players
this is why it was not made huge
64 is a good size ... i mostly hope they fixed the sniper problem and hitdetection and maybe change the damage on weapons so they don't kill in 1 shot but not with 40 shots either
They should of went over 64 players imo.
It all depends on the maps. If the maps fit 64 players then nobody will truly give a shit except for people like you.
With 64 players if everything is as smooth as BC2 this is going to be the best game in existence. I hope they have original content this time as opposed to everything from BC1 like they did with BC2.

I hope they do it right. Because usually when FPS'es try this it just ends up making the player feel like hes half a ton in weight due to slow recovery of bullet impacts or something similar.
64 players gives me hope. That's the Battlefield spirit, big battles.
I don't know what to think about the destruction..
Battlefield 2 is still pretty much the best modern FPS so this will most likely turn out to be great.
Dadam dam dadam dam.
They should of went over 64 players imo.
They should make it like in MAG.
Shit going on there every fucking second.
Bet the server's are a pain in the ass to connect.
And I only mean the player count BF should stay BF :v:

Thats why it is called a teaser.
64 player sniper teams... oh god...
even worse
64 player sniper teams that can't hit anything at all and rage when you kill them because their epic ninjas with their gillie outfit... OH GOOOOD

I honestly don't care about the COD series. My point is its a teaser and they aren't ready to put light on any details yet. Its like asking for gameplay videos of Skyrim a day after they announce it. Info comes out soon enough, teasers exist to tease and for all we know that could actually be gameplay just heavily edited.
