Yeah you should be fine. As far as I know, even if you updated it durring those hours the update is pulled from a different build location.

It's funny, I actually torrented Linux Mint. Whenever I see posts about torrenting 'linux' I always laugh because I get reminded that people actually do that a lot.
I actually downloaded uTorrent today, speaking of ridiculous coincidences, but I'm pretty sure I was out of the virus time zone.
