Because at least they don't do something about it, mostly. If an ultra-orthodox Jew was saying gays should be executed I would be as angry towards him as I am towards any Muslim saying the same, same thing with Christians. It's just that Christians and Jews almost always know that they can't enforce their religions upon others, when they don't, they are criticized just as much as Muslims (WBC, anyone?).

Last I checked, they haven't made any major revisions to their relgion in the time since the inquisition. It's that the countries they live in progressed socially, and they had to catch up. Look at the African countries where they're trying to introduce a bill that would make homosexuality punishable by death. If Westerners were Muslim and the Middle East was Christian, things would be more or less the same.
