Why do I get the feeling he used a blank instead of an actual round, even a blank at that range would break through the skin in a perfect hole but the angle of the gun barrel looked to be pointing right across, if there was a bullet it should have passed through both cheeks making me think it was blank and he was just playing off the whole "I swallowed it bruh", he likely never expected it to break his skin if he was using a blank, doesn't come across the brightest person.

I watched it in slow-mo a few times over and over, and I never saw the bullet bounce off his cheek. I did see his cheek blow out a bit, but that is far more likely due to the gasses than the bullet: a 22LR will go through two cheeks no problem, especially at that range.
