It brings up an important dialogue of when free speech really ends. What rights does a business owner have? What responsibilities does a business owner have? Who can he reserve the right to serve, if he can't discriminate based on race what right does he have to refuse service to anyone?

However, the effect it will have on smaller towns and rural areas will be astounding. For some reason it seems the less populated an area is the more racism and bigotry cultivates. You will see entire towns segregated if it is allowed to happen, and minorities will be forced out with the blessing of the government.
The "right to refuse" argument does not entirely work considering businesses receive benefits from the state and federal government. If they're gonna start discriminating against people, they're doing it with our tax dollars.

The fact that we are able to go to school and do what we want our who lives means someone somewhere else in the world doesn't get that chance.
Either people can be free to be racist, or be free to get the jobs they want and live their lives.
