I think Canada was one of the first Western nations to allow women in combat roles. I know my mom got all the same combat training my dad did when they were both in in the '80s.

Women are just as capable as men in physical terms. In fact the female body is capable of taking more physical punishment than a males body, otherwise the pain of child birth would actually be intense enough to kill them. There was an article written by a female servicewoman who stated that the United States is not prepared to hear news about a female soldier being raped and gutted by enemy combatants, as real as it is.
