;46451325']Calling anyone a kid or kiddo is very disrespectful and makes you look like a douche.
Sorry, didn't mean to be that. Here we say "pibe" when someone asks a very innocent question, and it's not taken literally, nor so seriously.
And It's even more stupid to say it's stupid without a reason.
"Sorry Doesn't work like that. Won't resolve nothing." -You [editline]9th November 2014[/editline]
Sorry, didn't mean to be that. Here we say "pibe" when someone asks a very innocent question, and it's not taken literally, nor so seriously.
Also I understand that you have a fair understanding of the latin world. And I'm no stranger to what America has done in involving itself in the affairs of Latin America (in fact, I'm currently working on a project to map American interventionism counter to the "democratic ideals" post-WWII. This is an early and rough graphic of that project). but at the same time let's not throw around the holier-than-thou "kiddos" and "that's not how the world works" as if you're a supreme authority. We can all respectfully agree that cartels are shit and if the solution were so simple and obvious that you can speak so authoritatively then we'd probably have the issue dealt with by now.
"Sorry Doesn't work like that. Won't resolve nothing."
No, I didn't say it was stupid. I just dismissed the opinion without saying it was stupid.
We can all respectfully agree that cartels are shit and if the solution were so simple and obvious that you can speak so authoritatively then we'd probably have the issue dealt with by now.
The solution was given a thousand times. That others won't listen to it nor try to apply it...well...not fault of those who gave the solution.
This is an early and rough graphic of that project).
Nice project, well done. Remember that the dictatorship ended in 1983 not 1984.
They aren't protesting about the cartels, they're protesting about police and the government orchestrating a mass execution of students because the protest they were about to launch would have been politically embarrassing.
What the fuck, I didn't know the government was directly involved; I thought the cartel just went randomly berserk on some students.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mexico has some kind of revolution in the near future considering all the shit that has been going on down there because you can only push people so far before they start pushing back.
They need one.
