Reinstalled, ran the update and then RGSC window came up. I thought it wasn't supposed to.

First of all, Episodes From Liberty City used to cost $40 when it was released for 360, not $30.
Second, R* had a contract with Microsoft to make the episodes exclusively for 360 ONLY. After BoGT, the contract was basically done. Be glad R* decided to take more time to make the DLC for both the PS3 and PC and lower the price by $10. That's $15 for each episode, each lasting a good 10 hours or so.

I couldn't give a fuck weather they released it or not, and dont forget the one month delay from the original release date. Also 10 dollars off is alot like what Infinity ward did with MW2 a few days ago and I still didn't buy that.

No Update for the non-steam version. And the game decided to render one block of the map, and yet still have vehicles everywhere.

It's playable if you concentrate on the minimap

You're dumb, you're comparing R* which is one of the more respected companies to the power hungry activision? The DLC are like NEW games, and you're bitching about how they're late?

Yes, it gave a 5-10fps boost which is a lot.
