Except this isn't a discount, it's the actual price. Plus Episodes From Liberty City (At least not BOGT) isn't even a year old. And it wasn't a month delay, it was 2 weeks.

Usually if you get to a certain framerate, it kicks you off because "your computer is running too slowly"
That's fine, but it happens if you alt tab for too long. And if, for example, there's lots of cops nearby, or something glitches and your fps goes down. It got to the stage where I had to flee from the cops just to avoid being kicked out of the game, because too many cop cars in one area = fps kick.

So just a question, I have been able to play with a an FPS of about 20-40FPS now and that's good but my Graphics Card should be able to run at max so why can't it? I run textures at medium and lots of other stuff at medium.
Can anyone post a config that looks good and runs good?
