Comcast started this shit in 2008 with a 250GB a month limit and Ive noticed no real changes since then. It isnt a big deal if they give you a large enough cap.

I don't reach the download cap, which I have no idea what is, but I haven't reached it yet. Maybe it's because I don't download everything under the sun.

I've gone over Comcast's cap before and they never did anything, I didn't even get a "don't do it again email" from them.
