The fat ones don't use forums, they're too busy gaming

You're right.
The fat, MISERABLE ones use forums.
Would have been just perfect if :foxnews: had reported it.
I'm skinny, I'm the most optimist in my class, I'm nearly never depressed and I have been playing videogames since I was just under 4 years old.
I just play games because none of my friends like to do anything with me and I'm too shy to meet other people.
Im chubby ):
But thats cause I drink too much soda
Overweight? Depressed? Aged 35?
could be the same with, an alcoholic, person with depression, person after a divorce.
not specific enough
also nerd =! gamers
I'm not 35, overweight, miserable, or live in Washington state and I'm a gamer. The only gamer I ever met that is like what these DCD scientists studied is my former 50 year old mathematics teacher who is a heavy drinker (or how he got a beer belly), recently divorced, and currently living in Washington D.C..
I am not fat nor miserable. This thread is invalid.
According to wikipedia I'm in the "starvation" weight class, so this study is obviously fake
u game
I came

I'm not miserable, nor fat
I'd say that fat and miserable people are more likely to be gamers, not the other way around.
I'm with u dude! playing games makes you hella popular and buff

I'd say that fat and miserable people are more likely to be gamers, not the other way around.
Nobody's claiming causation
I'm not even close to depressed or fat and ive played over 60 hours of games in the past 2 weeks.
if you're 35 and still playing video games on a regular basis, I wouldn't be concerned about your weight.
What?
This is an outrage!
I am never both of those at the same time.
if you're 35 and still playing video games on a regular basis, I wouldn't be concerned about your weight.
A regular basis can mean one night a week with friends
Well I'm skinny ugly and miserable but I'm not fat this study is false
ps lankist is super ugly

like damn son
No, Miserable and Fat people turn to gaming to cheer themselves up and relieve stress from bullying.
Yo'.
Hoyl fcuk! I'm screwed!
The fact they used BMI to determine if they were overweight instantly invalidates the whole experiment.
Although I don't doubt the general concept being true.
I play video games but I play sports and I'm popular at school
ok gud study
No seriously.
This isn't that hard to believe.
If you don't go on and on about games 24/7 then no one cares that you play games and a lot of people wouldn't even know.
It's not that hard to play sports as well as play video games.

You're right
Clearly these gamers are just seriously ripped
complete opposite

I do cross country, and I am somewhat popular, and I am a gamer. I am also very skinny.
Saying 45 percent of fat and miserable people play games is like saying 45 percent of fat and miserable people like the color blue.

What this guy said if you replace cross country with hockey/parkour.
