Gamers more likely to be fat and miserable, study shows

The person who wrote that article is so BIAS! Lacking of real proper evidence
If I was a bias person, this is WHAT I would write
The (BIAS) REAL truth about gamers (Don't take this seriously cause it ain't true)
Fact No.1 Gamers are thin and malnourished
Reason: because they are so engrossed by their video games that they hardly eat anything. They don't eat they don't drink. All their fuel comes from playing games all day long
Fact No2. Gamers don't surf the net unless it's gaming related
Reason: Do you think gamers have time to go on social networking sites like Myspace and Facebook? Hell no. they prefer the people in the game and not caring about it. the only time gamers only go surfing the net is to download custom maps, models, skins and sounds for their games
Fact No3. Gamers are misinformed about firearms in FPS
Reason: Since most of them have NEVER fired a real gun before, they assumed the gun that can get most kills are instantaneously awesome in real life and conclude that the firearm is the best gun just because it was portrayed as a good gun in the game. Example FN P90
Fact No4. Gamers have POOR health
Reason: Because they hardly eat and drink, they also sleep late and hardly exercise. As a result, gamers are susceptible to sickness like the flu and the common cold. Since they are thin, they can't possibly carry heavy loads or run for long distances. Gamers fall sick very easily.
Fact No5. Gamers hate people who disturb them while they are playing
Reason: They will be grouchy, mean and angry if you even say a single word to them let alone giving them a tap
Fact No6. Gamers are DARING in video games but COWARDLY in real life.
Reason:In games where the consequences of failure is merely restarting the level or respawn again, they aren't afraid to fail cause they learn their mistake. But in real life, they know they can't make a single mistake so they dare not participate in events or contest since they know they aren't capable.

Notice how my bias article is lacking of proper evidence. Would you believe what i wrote above? I don't think so. Same goes for that research that are saying Gamers are 30 years old and depressed.
If I see one disagree or dumb rating, I say the person who gave me that rating can't take a joke and love to be serious 24-7
How about a funny?
The person who wrote that article is so BIAS! Lacking of real proper evidence
What's improper about the survey results?
I don't get the miserable part. Everyone around me has lives so full of drama and stress and such, and while I hold all the same responsibuilities they do, me and my friends are all such happy fun people compared to my non gamer friends.
No, Miserable and Fat people turn to gaming to cheer themselves up and relieve stress from bullying.
Took the words right out of my head.
This thread is done. Move along people.
-snip not even gonna post that-
Is it just me or does facepunch consist of mostly people with a low BMI
Is it just me or does facepunch consist of mostly people with a low BMI
Maybe, or there are lot's of hidden members obviously too fat, too depressed and too...aged 35 to enter this thread.
I play games like all day, and i eat loads. I'm 6'1 and 130 lbs.
I'm not 35, I'm not miserable, I'm not fat.
But I'm a gamer.
But since I don't fit the stereotype I can't possibly be a gamer, therefore I'm not a gamer.
I game often, and I play sports just as much.
I love my life.

The BMI is pretty unreliable anyway.
