"The person who removes the last cubelet on the final layer is the winner and will automatically be sent a video link on their device..."
Its going to be a link to the song "Friday" along with the text "No one will ever believe you"

what
The winner will be sent a link
Then their device crashes right as the video starts, losing the secret forever
Why is this such a big deal, you are literally just tapping cubes
But isn't life just tapping cubes?

Molyneux is a hype master

Nah, life is tapping hoes.
i bet the very inside of the cube is something like a paragraph about how awesome humans are for being curious or some shit
"Congratulations, humanity; your curiosity was the driving force between your rise to power, the thing that drove you to harness the power of fire, to invent the wheel and the crossbow and the printing press and the computer, to go to the moon and to mars. And now you have used this amazing gift of curiosity to tap boxes on a screen for hours and hours in the hope that some amazing, world-changing thing would be behind them, all because some guy told you to.
During this time you could have been doing productive things; you could have read a book or painted a picture or talked to a good friend, but still you tapped. Some of you gave me money to tap better. Thank you for that. The money is going to go directly into my next cocktease, Peter Molyneux's Curiosity Dodecahedron, where you tap a bunch of layers of pentagons until you get to the center."
Pentagons don't tile
Wait, what does he mean by "only one person will find out what's inside"? Is that person going to die?

Only the person who taps the final cube will see what the inside is
it would be hilarious if the guy who unlocked it was abducted by aliens or something and the secret was lost forever
I hope it's another game with a 10th of the ideas that Peter intended, with him having to apologize for it.

I hope it's a beta key to Fable: It'll have everything this time I promise. Or Black and White: Full-Scale Earth Simulator (Oh Yeah It'll Have Those Ground and Water Physics We Promised Last Time Too).
In the center, will be a 10%-off coupon for Origin and Battlefield 4 beta access.
you can buy things with coins.
and you generate coins as you whittle away the cube.
Oh, I thought you were supposed to buy stuff with real money.
Those are pentagons formed into hexagons.
Which is what pentagons do when placed together. wow.
They're not regular pentagons though, I think a lot of shapes can tile if they're irregular
So, as fun as a time waster this is, I am loving the fact that any time I go to do anything else on my phone, or if I accidentally tap the "log into facebook" button I lose all my coins, or when I finally start to get a good combo going again and then the server updates and I end up tapping an empty block because suddenly everything around me is done. But hey, still fun to waste time on it.
So, about that PC version...
Install android VNC server, Remote to phone from PC and script something? sounds pretty simple might try it tomorrow. I used to use VNC to remote in to my phone while it was in the dock on my desk to reply to txts and stuff and it worked pretty well.

Not everyone has a smartphone. What would be the point of a PC version if I did?
I was more talking in general about the potential to create a auto clicker as a few people mentioned and wasn't replying directly to you.
Good God, it's crashing so much tonight.
So I just realized while playing how fucking stupid this shit is, but I really really really want to know what's inside, so I'll keep tapping.
I think his experiment worked.
I just know the guy who finally sees the message is going to accidentally close out without reading it, or he just won't post it anywhere and we'll never find out what it was.
cant even launch the app anymore now that they are on another layer. It turns somewhat red then it goes down
I keep getting booted off the server.
I keep getting violently mauled by a pack of wild dogs.
Apparently the Android and iOS servers are separate, as on the Android one barely half of one surface has been mined.
What I see

The Terms of Service says there's only one.
Phone not supported :( Oh well. Better get a new phone so I can be curious again.
