• Nexus 4 production possibly stopped

to be honest this article looks like a load of bs. Everything is "is claimed to have" or "rumoured" why after all the money spent on developing the phone would they stop?
So this article is based on a rumours, it seems very credible.
hence why i said possibly
The article is completely fake. They just started this shit with their own own made up rumors in hopes that shit like this would happen. They are not stopping production and I would not worry unless an official LG rep. said so.
The Nexus line would be great if people were able to buy them. One of Android's worst flaw is updates, and the Nexus line is the only series that gets the latest updates. My phone wasn't going to get ICS until about a year after launch, but it was then cancelled. If most cell phone makers would stop shitting out a ton of phones then there would be a greater focus on support and pushing updates out. Carriers also need to stop fucking with phones.
google needs to set standards in how phones are updated. Not leave it upto the phone carrier/manufacturer to do it
google needs to set standards in how phones are updated. Not leave it upto the phone carrier/manufacturer to do it
defeats the whole purpose of the idea of android
We dismissed this source on XDA as well. Why would Google discontinue the only device they've ever sold to sell out in less than an hour? Why are people still fighting to get their hands on it? Demand does not equate to killing the supply. This is almost as bad as the "glitterless" Nexus 4 rumors floating around.
Pure link bait. Anyone believing this is a moron.

defeats the whole purpose of the idea of android
then the idea of android is garbage??
... Why would Google discontinue the only device they've ever sold to sell out in less than an hour? Why are people still fighting to get their hands on it? ...
Because it's fairly usual for Android phones? My HTC Android phone was supported for a grand total of 1 month before they stopped selling it.
