THE ONLY ACCOUNT WE HAVE IS ZIMMERMANS which should be fairly fucking suspect considering the fact that ZIMMERMAN IS ON TRIAL FOR MUDER
Guilty until proven innocent!
You ain't got a right to end it with a fatal gunshot if you're the one who started it.
Still waiting for evidence that Zimmerman started the fight.
If someone came at me with a gun I'd be fighting for my life too if I felt like I didn't have a way to escape.
Then you're an idiot. If I'm a walking home in the middle of the night and a guy comes up to me with a gun drawn(and there is no evidence whatsoever that Zimmerman had his gun drawn), the first thing I'd assume is that he's a police officer or a mugger. I wouldn't attempt to attack the guy in EITHER of those situations. Besides, Martin could have simply RAN if he felt unsafe because he was being followed. His home was only around a minute away.
You ain't got a right to end it with a fatal gunshot if you're the one who started it.
Yes, but there is nothing to say he did. All testimony up to this point has supported Zimmerman's account of what happened.
Everyone keeps bringing up racism but Zimmerman did not mention race until after he was asked to. Standing or wandering around in the rain is kind of suspicious. Suspecting a person who is black is not the same as suspecting a person because they are black.
and in the other camp, Trayvon to his friend described Zimmerman as a cracker and a nigger.
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. If this fool doesnt get atleast manslaughter I hope their are riots.
Ya know, just ignore the witnesses and all.
Eyewitness testimony is often unreliable and they don't speak for Trayvon's side of the story.
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. If this fool doesnt get atleast manslaughter I hope their are riots.
So are you going to start making legitimate, well-thought out posts or...?
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. If this fool doesnt get atleast manslaughter I hope their are riots.
How old are you really? He has a "hero complex" because he was concerned something bad was going down? And you hope there is widespread property destruction and death if he isn't convicted, grow up
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. If this fool doesnt get atleast manslaughter I hope their are riots.
Know what, how would you like it if I started a riot 10 mins from your house? I bet you wouldnt, why don't you think about what you say before saying it.
Eyewitness testimony is often unreliable and they don't speak for Trayvon's side of the story.
I find that testimony in general will never be perfect but there was some testimony that I saw that spoke for his side of the story. I believe there were two eyewitnesses last time I checked.
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night.
Again, there's a difference between harassing someone who is black and harassing someone because they're black.
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. If this fool doesnt get atleast manslaughter I hope their are riots.
Overlooking the blatant grammatical errors, I can't help but think you don't exactly know what happened at all. WHAT did Zimmerman start.
You ain't got a right to end it with a fatal gunshot if you're the one who started it.
Do you honestly have any idea of what you're talking about? If you follow someone and that someone turns around and starts beating you like that, yes you do have all the rights. If you initiated by shoving or questioning, you still have the right because this guy is trying to kill or severely wound you. Do you really believe that if you shove someone at a bar, the other guy has all the rights to beat you like that and you don't have the right to self defense? Also important to notice: I'm not hearing much about Trayvon's injuries. So it really doesn't seem he was being savagely attacked by Zimmerman, or else the prosecution would be all over it, wouldn't they?
Okay that was a dumb post, I apologized. I get over emotional during debates.
Sigma's concept of justice is frightening and awkward. If all the evidence is pointing towards self defense, or at least away from murder, then Zimmerman's off the hook, whether you like it or not. If the evidence is pointing away from the scenario you want to believe, you don't manipulate your perception of the evidence to force it to. Zimmerman's story is corroborated by eyewitness reports and physical evidence of a beating. It's possible more might have gone down, and if it did then we have to hope that the prosecution has an effective counter to the claim, what we've seen and heard so far seems to indicate that the defense's story holds water, and you can't convict the guy based on suspicion alone. Unless the prosecution has a surprise witness or a damning piece of evidence, Zimmerman will likely walk.
Okay that was a dumb post, I apologized. I get over emotional during debates.
You say shit like that every other post. Stick by what you post or don't post it. If you cant take the heat get out of the fourm
You say shit like that every other post. Stick by what you post or don't post it. If you cant take the heat get out of the fourm
Don't be mean ;_;

Zimmerman obviously said/do something when he walked up to him, properly not hit him or anything but he and trayvon had to have a convo or something.
He shouldnt been acting like a idiot with a hero complex starting shit and harassing random black kids at night. What's your deal?
Don't be mean ;_;
Sorry bubby, he post contradicting post all the time
You say shit like that every other post. Stick by what you post or don't post it. If you cant take the heat get out of the fourm
No I still sticking to my opinion that zimmerman is a idiot that caused the uncessary death of a teenager. Im apologizing for that riot comment.

Perhaps you're confusing modern law with medieval law, where a theory and a fact were interchangeable concepts?
Did they get Phoenix Wright to defend him? Because this is quite a turnabout.
Did they get Phoenix Wright to defend him? Because this is quite a turnabout.
Everyone is just seeing the case for what it is now instead of having the media going fucking apeshit and big racism boners in our face
No I still sticking to my opinion that zimmerman is a idiot that caused the uncessary death of a teenager. Im apologizing for that riot comment.
Is it too far fetched to believe that some hothead teenager wanted to start a fight because of his ego? Just look at all videos on the internet that start with some punk wanting to fight for a petty reason, then proceed to get knocked the fuck out. Only in this case the guy defending himself had a gun. "But Zimmerman kept on following him" Or like in the reenactment video and his future statements, he was walking back to his car when Trayvon confronted him?
If someone came at me with a gun I'd be fighting for my life too if I felt like I didn't have a way to escape.
If he had the gun un-holstered you'd be dead before you closed the gap. If you have a gun in and and you confort a would-be criminal, and he charges you to try and remove the gun from your hands, you WOULD shoot first, unless he could somehow slap the gun away from your hands. Nothing reported so far would indicate that zimmerman drew first, if he did he wouldn't have been beaten up first. Please don't build your arguments on foundations made out of crackers.
Please don't build your arguments on foundations made out of crackers.
Isn't that the prosecutions whole argument? amirightguys?

And trayvon smoked weed and gotten into fights, gee what a monster, too bad you will see that in almost every public high school. Theres a pic of a gun on trayvon's phone? Big whoop zimmerman had a gun too. But I guess the death of some ghetto kid should mean less just because hes ghetto huh?
