Must be Obama. Not the whole recession thing. Obama.
So hows all that change and hope going?
Glaber stop posting news.
please
It's not his fault...he's hardly had time to do anything aside from the health care bill....this all effect from when Bush was in office
And don't give me that "LOL ANOTHER DEMOCRAT BLAMING BUSH" bullshit because you know what? IT'S HIS FAULT...he wouldn't be blamed if it wasn't his fault
Oh Bush still gets the blame, he's just not alone in it.

Once again people actually don't understand what the president can actually do and how much power he actually has.........
Higher taxes are good. It'll give you better health care, better schools, and an all around better country
Do you pay taxes? I don't just mean Sales tax here.

Thumb'ed because it's huge.
So you deny that the Democratic Congress of 2007-2008 had anything to do with Bush's last years in office?
Or for that matter Obama and his administration (Congress included) with what's going on now?
It's not his fault...he's hardly had time to do anything aside from the health care bill.t
Seconded. Especially when you consider how the Republican party's acted from day one. "Tea parties", and all these buzzwords relating to shooting somebody.
It's worse when the Glenn Beck\O'Reilly\Hannity\Limbaugh\Murdoch\Fixed News fans pipe up and say that they're the voice of the American people and that everybody else is biased. Why? Because usually they're too stupid to figure out that supporting only one news network and calling everyone else biased is, y'know, biased. I'd much rather listen to Alex Jones rave on about conspiracy theories than I would anybody using Republican-issue buzz words.
Sourcing a news agency's founder as proof why everything it says it biased
That's not even logical. Come on, Prismatex, are you going to go that low to argue a point? Just because their founder is a nut doesn't mean that everyone working for the Washington Post is a nut.
He took over a totally fucked up war ridden budget, kept the economy from totaly collapsing and gave millions of people free healthcare, I think he did the best he could do so far.
We had this thing called the recession, Jesus himself could have taken office and wouldn't be able to solve it all overnight.
McCain would have just bleated "The fundamentals of the economy are sound, poor people are just a bunch of stupid whiners!" and watched people's savings continue to evaporate as unemployment climbed past 15%.
Our economic situation has been falling off since Bill Clinton signed NAFTA. So it's not really Obama or Bush. Before you go batshit, NAFTA was supported by the Republican majority that held congress. So uhh...*gasp* it's everyones fault and you stop playing the blame game and start fixing shit
Anybody heard of "The price of peace"?
It's not much, only about 3,2% of what you normally earn.
Forever to be, freedom is never to be free.
Obama does not control the economy.
yes he does, he decides to raise taxes and enact a trillion dollar health bill in the middle of a recession that wasn't his doing. you think that doesn't affect the economy?

Agreed. Everyone loves to have someone be the scapegoat but in reality all of them contributed to the mess and it is up to both sides to fix it. Saying the blame is on x president or x party is just being narrow minded.

Woe is me, he raised taxes (by letting the cuts expire) to Clinton levels on the richest 5% and cut taxes for everybody else. And then he has the audacity to pass something Congress wrote that actually lowers the deficit over 10 years and pays for itself. Surely he hates America.
Well, Obama increased taxes on the extremely wealthy, who also have a greater proportion of the wealth. If you do a blanket average, then it probably would look like people were loosing wealth. A better way to measure it would be see how families at different income brackets were affected.
Not his fault, he cushioned the blow. Blame Reagan and Bush Jr.

Washington Post = Old, well-respected paper.
Washington Times = Paper Glaber sourced, founded by a nut. It's also got a stated conservative slant.

That graph doesn't make any sense at all. Why is the number of pirates axis in a random order.
I think you left out some info. See bold.
Remember 94?
EDIT:
Wiki source 2 is also biased, point?

Glaber, Correlation does not imply causation.

I am gonna drill that phrase into your fucking skull.
Yesterday was the first day I ever heard "correlation does not imply causation", the first time in my life, I had never heard it used EVER before in my entire life. And that was the day I searched up Pornography on wikipedia and was the first time I heard the term "correlation does not imply causation" used, ever.
