They spoke to Ubisoft, some people associated with George Washington, and a game developer.

Ubisoft: "Buy our DLC!"
Curators: "This could be to the greater respect of Washington, showing what could have happened if he wasn't cool enough to step down from power"
Game dev: "They're probably doing it to generate attention for marketing, but it's no worse than anything else on the market"
