Title made me think that some kids were killed while they were being robbed.
I was pleasantly surprised.

You do realize two people died right
Are we reading the same article
I fucking love it when stuff like this happens. It's like, "Why did you even try to rob that person you stupid fucks." :v:
Yeah why would they rob that guy! Stupid fucks.
They should have hit him in the skull with a baseball bat from behind, took his gun and shot him dead than plundered his wallet, Dumb fucks don't even know how to rob.

Yeah you shouldn't feel safe ever, what if this old man and his bicycle comes after YOU?
(also only one died)
Yeah you shouldn't feel safe ever, what if this old man and his bicycle comes after YOU?
what the fuck are you even talking about
At first I thought it was some kind of statistic.
:v:
This is one of the few times on Sensationalist Headlines that I've seen the bad guys get what they had coming.
Did they deserve it? Maybe not. Was it justified, and did they have it coming? Yes.
I feel safer knowing there are fewer idiots in the world, honestly. And the survivors most likely won't try to rob anyone again. Sure, it would've been better if all of them were just scared off from crime instead of one dying and another injured, but I have to say I'm okay with this.

Sometimes I wonder.
Oh jeez 4chan is trolling the shit out of the one kids RIP page on Facebook. Although some of the kids friends posts are so painful to read.
(FB group got closed oh well)
Aretha Price: "As a friend and relative of the family, we need to shift our focus completely.
Why does anyone even feel the NEED to carry a gun at 11 AM on a bike ride. It takes a village to keep our streets safe."
Uhh I dunno, maybe a robbery might occur you can never be too safe.
He has a point. I don't think you should EVER be okay with someone being shot and killed. Saying "white knight" isn't a valid argument.
Good I'm not just okay with it, I'm fucking ecstatic. He managed to shoot three robbers? Bravo good sir for defending yourself, your property and money from a bunch of no good thugs who can't go and attempt to earn it themselves.

By the story, I would carry a gun 24/7 if a couple of teens are thinking about robbing me.
By the story, I would carry a gun 24/7 if a couple of teens are thinking about robbing me.
Given it took place in Reading, I wouldn't feel safe until I had a tank battalion with me.
Yeah good on him for killing someone who might have killed him
Contradictory much?
Contradictory much?
That is what I was getting at, yes.
Sure it sucks that someone died and the other got his voice box shot out (hahaha) but they knew the risks when they tried to rob him and I'm glad I'm reading about that one attacker died and the others voice box is gone then rather reading about an old man beaten to death by 3 high school kids.
That is what I was getting at, yes.
So, it's contradictory to defend yourself?
At first I thought the title was some kind of statistic.

Woah, crazy double posting.
So, it's contradictory to defend yourself?
No, I'm saying it's contradictory to say "yeah fuck those guys for trying to steal that guy's shit", then say "yeah that guy killing that other guy was freaking awesome!"

This just in, Context is meaningless

When it's something as important as a life on the line, it sort of is.
kids won't rob anyone else again
near West Reading? that explains a lot..
When it's something as important as a life on the line, it sort of is.
Not really; when the person who died is someone who made the decision to go and attack someone else it's a good thing (that they died). When the person who died is someone who was randomly attacked simply because they were in the wrong place in the wrong time it's a bad thing.
kids won't rob anyone else again
Well, the dead one won't. The others might.
