Thirty levels later, and you're bored to tears and frustrated as you mindlessly slaughter wolves for minimal experience.
Leveling is okay until you get to outland, than all of your quests are basically "kill 500 of these" "gather 100 of this 1% drop" etc and i basically say 'fuck it' and quit at that point.

WoW = overpriced, old, limited style gaming where you play and have no effect on the world.
Which means it's boring.

They wont because they are too busy doing Wow and using that to make "new story lines" and other crap like that. Besides battlenet 2 sucks. I was soooooooooo disappointed to see that console lobby shit where it showed maps by most played in starcraft 2 and have not gone back to the game since.
Most quests in WoW are the same; Gather this, kill that, do this, talk to this guy. Bah.
I used to be seriously addicted to WoW, but one year ago I decided to quit and I've been much better off ever since. However, if you are mature enough to handle it in moderation, WoW is an excellent, fun game.
